(1) The Secretary General and the Secretary shall receive the same remuneration as the Chief Secretary and Secretary of the Government of Nepal, respectively.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if a person receiving a pension from the government fund is appointed to the post of secretary general or secretary, he shall be entitled to receive only one of the pension or remuneration under this Act.
